FR-4 sheet is FR-4 glass cloth substrate, which uses epoxy resin as adhesion agent, and uses electronic glass fibre cloth as substrate of reinforcing materials. Regarding processing technic, it is superior to other resinous glass fibre cloth substrate such as 3240 Fiberglass epoxy sheet, and thus more expensive than 3240 epoxy sheet. This product is mainly used in double sided PCB.
