Bakelite sheet synthetic: Paper impregnated with phenolic resin, by baking and heat pressing.
Bakelite sheet feature: good electrical properties and good machining performance under room temperature, the density is 1.45 g/cm3, angularity ≤ 3 ‰, with excellent electrical, mechanical and processing properties. It can be used in transformer oil.
Applications of bakelite sheet:Widely apply to components in motor, electrical equipment and insulation system which has high requirement on mechanical property. It has good mechanical strength. It also apply to PCB drilling backing sheet, distribution switch box, fixture board, mould plate, high voltage and low-voltage distribution cabinet, packer, electric comb, motor, machinery mold, PCB, ICT fixture, forming machine, drilling machine,surface grinding plate, transformer oil.
